  1. How much do Summer, Weekend or Exam Prep Courses cost?

  2. Do I have to pay taxes?

    • No, tutoring services in Ontario fall under the category of goods and services that are tax exempted meaning, we don’t charge you taxes and our services are not tax deductible.
  3. What type of payments methods do you accept?

    • Online we accept PayPal and credit card payments. In-person we accept cash, credit and debit.
  4. Is there a refund for absent classes?

    • Yes, although we encourage students to attend all classes, we understand that sometimes things happen. Parents will be issued a 50% refund for the first 2 classes missed. All other missed classes in the term will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. What if my child wants to take more than one subject in the same term?

    • No problem, your child has the freedom to enrol in as many subjects in a given term, provided that there are no schedule conflicts. We even offer discounts for enrolling in more than one course (per child).

      2. Second Subject  – 5% off
      3. Third Subject – 10% off
      4. Firth Subject – 15% off
  6. Do I need to wait on my child to finish class?

    • No, feel free to drop off and pick up your child corresponding to the class start and end times.
  7. If the semester started already, can I still enrol my child?

    • Yes, for any course currently in session, parents are free to enrol their child. Students enrolling late will have access to all missed class material online. For more information on pricing for late enrolment, please contact us directly.
  8. What is the difference between enrolment and registration?

    • Enrolment confirms your desire for having your child take a course with us. Registration is complete once final payment has been received before classes begin.
  9. Where are classes held?

    • All of our courses are held at the Corporate Event Centre located at 5110 Creekbank Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 0A1. This location is fully equipped to support our students and program. On top of that, it is equally 10 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport!
  10. What if my child wishes to cancel before the course is over?

    • No problem, we recommend that students attend a minimum of 4 classes before considering to cancel but, no pressure. All we require is a written notice from parents. All families withdrawing before the first 2 weeks have commenced will receive a full refund for any unattended classes. Withdrawals after the first two weeks of attending our program will be subject to our refund policy. Please contact us directly for details.
  11. Does my child have to be in high school in order to enrol?

    • No, we welcome students from grade(s) 6 and up!
